United States Army Sergeants' Major Academy...The top schoolhouse in any enlisted career should spark some serious interest. Find out about the Sergeant's Major Course, First Sergeant's Course, PLDC, Battle Staff, the USASMA Learning Resource Center, and the NCO Museum.

UNC at Charlotte Army ROTC Program...Many Army Officers got their start in the ROTC Program. If you are thinking about UNC (or already attending), then check this site out. According to 2Lt David Cook, Gold Bar Recruiter for UNC Charlotte's Army ROTC Program, the UNC's program was rated 8th out of 270 schools. The Ranger Challenge Team finished 6th out of 26 in 1998 (and have big plans for this year's competition). ROTC is offered at 15 colleges and universities in the "Charlotte Consortium" and there are 2,3, and 4 year scholarships available. All in all, an outstanding opportunity to develop excellent leadership skills. Best of Luck!.
